About Me
After spending much of his youth growing up right here in Norwich, Pete began his career in 1994 at Bear Stearns & Company in Boston as an institutional bond salesman. After approximately 5 years working in that capacity he moved to Alaska and took a job in the banking industry as a commercial lender, and for the Sitka Tribe of Alaska, a federally recognized tribal nation, as their Finance Director.
In 2009 Pete returned to Norwich and eventually joined a global financial services firm, to take a team approach to providing personalized investment advice for individuals and families.
During his 10 years living and working in Alaska he volunteered as an on-call first responder for the Sitka Mountain Rescue Team and participated in numerous search & rescue missions throughout Southeast Alaska.
Pete has always had a passion for learning and the outdoors. He completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at Northeastern University. He continued his education through Regis University to earn an MBA. In 2012 he earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner certification.
In addition to helping his clients, Pete is committed to helping his community. Pete has been a board member to organizations such as Chenango Valley Home, the SPCA and The Place – a local children’s organization. Away from the office, he spends much of his free time enjoying various outdoor activities and youth sporting events with his wife and their two sons.
